Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- You were charged incorrectly or duplicated payments occurred - The product or service was not delivered or access was not granted - The service is not functioning as described due to a technical issue on our side - A valid refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and no significant usage has occurred

Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
